The House
Cornerways Guest House is tucked away in a quiet spot in the Artists’ Quarter, just a short walk from all the hustle and bustle of the harbour. The house is full of period features and modern amenities, so you have everything you need for your stay.
We’ve even had some very famous guests come to stay, including author Daphne du Maurier, who stayed at Cornerways regularly in the 1940s, and whose novels such as Rebecca and Jamaica Inn were set in and inspired by Cornish coastal life.
Facilities
Each of our lovely ensuite rooms includes all the facilities and features you’d expect, including tea and coffee making facilities, LCD TVs, fridge and bottled water. As well as the in-room facilities, at Cornerways we’re also dog friendly, and we can also provide special extras such as champagne, flowers or chocolates for your arrival.
